Return Policy

We want every customer to be a satisfied customer at KemCards.net. We work very hard to ensure that the merchandise we sell is of the highest quality and free of defects. If you would like to return an unused product, we will accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of the package. We charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to KemCards.net is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. You should not open your products and then expect to return them to us. KemCards.net is not offering a "try it before you buy it" service. In essence, any merchandise returned should be able to be resold.

If your item is defective, KemCards.net will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer an exchange for a properly working or non defective item. For items that KemCards.net imports directly, we will replace missing or damaged items at our expense.

If your item was damaged during shipment, KemCards.net will assist you by filing a claim with the courier responsible for damaging your product.?? We will coordinate the claim filing process, but you must work with us in this regard by providing the proper information to us and possibly to the courier.???? The courier will reserve the right to inspect your packaging before allowing us to file a claim.?? Once the claim is filed, we will reship your items.??

Returns & Exchanges Procedures:

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Kem cards, related Accessories, and other products that have been used.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Kem cards, related Accessories, and other products that have been received over 7 days before the initial request to return.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
• All Products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund for compliance with our return policy. If a product is found to be improper and not in compliance with our return policy a refund will not be issued and we will be unable to ship the product back to you without receiving payment for the reshipping costs.
• All returns or exchanges must be arranged by phone at 1-888-765-3740 prior to returning ANY order.
• All returned merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Shipping returns back to KemCards.net are at the expense of the customer.
• Insurance should be considered when shipping the item back to KemCards.net. We can not guarantee it will arrive to us the way it arrived to you.
• The customer must complete the return product form and enclose it with the return.?? Our customer service staff will email you this form upon calling them.

Shipping Policy

KemCards.net is centrally located within the United States in Indianapolis, In. KemCards.net ships your Kem cards and related accessories in a variety of methods, but most methods will arrive to you within 5 days of your shipment date. During the checkout process you will be offered various shipping methods. You can decide based on the price offered which method you would like to utilize for the shipment of your poker chips, poker chip sets, and poker accessories. We ship all of our items within 24 hours and are often on the same day as your order. This means you can expect your order to ship within 1 day of purchase.

Delivery times are in excess of our handling time. In general you can follow the following guidelines when determining which service to use.

Overnight Shipping Services (UPS and US Postal)
1 day handling time + 1 day delivery time (Please call for same day shipping ?? we can normally process your order the same day if you call by 2 pm est).

Note: Overnight services are guaranteed to arrive on the next day by the courier.

UPS Specific Services
2nd Day Air and 2nd Day Air Saver - 1 day handling time + 2 day delivery time
3 Day Select - 1 day handling time + 3 day delivery time
Ground - 1 day handling time + 1-4 day delivery time (depends on location)

Note: UPS provides guaranteed delivery dates. This is the best option if you are looking to receive something and need it by a certain date.

US Postal Service Specific Services
Priority mail - 1 day handling time + 2-3 day delivery time
First Class mail - 1 day handling time + 2-5 day delivery time

Note: The US Postal service timelines are not guaranteed. Some items may take up to 2 weeks for ultimate arrival if there is a misroute or postal hub error. Please be patient when shipping with this method. If you need guaranteed delivery dates please use UPS. US postal service time lines are to be used as guides only.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection: This store does collect demographic data and personal data (from registered customers only) to provide you a better internet experience. We do not collect any personal data or data by which you may be personally identified except such information as you may voluntarily provide to us by registering for an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or communicating with us via an online form on the website or by email. You are not required to provide us with any personal data whatsoever, but if you choose not to do so you will be unable to complete the ordering process or participate in some of the features of the site.

If you choose to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every week. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter. If you choose not to receive our free weekly newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you information about orders you have placed.

Notice Of Special Offers And Discounts: We may from time to time send you information about special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you elect to receive such correspondence. You will receive no more than one such correspondence per week.

Our Use Of Cookies: This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details in cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information, but does allow our online shopping system to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart. If you are a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.

Surveys: We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, your participation in such surveys is entirely voluntary. Furthermore, should you choose to complete a survey, you can choose to remain anonymous. Aggregate data collected from surveys is used solely for statistical purposes.
